So, over the past year, I have lost 30 pounds. But I seem to be at a stalling point. I weigh 136 pounds right now. Sometimes I dip down to 134 and sometimes I raise up to 138, but no matter what, I seem to be stuck between those numbers. My original goal when I began this journey was to get down to 130 pounds, but I just can’t seem to get there, and yet I am so close!

I know I should exercise, and I am almost positive that the weight would drop off if I could just make myself start doing some cardio and strength workouts, but I really wish I could just do it based on diet alone.

I haven’t given up yet. I will get to 130. I just have to remind myself that diet and exercise go hand in hand. I can’t expect to lose weight unless I work out and maintain my healthy diet.

So, tomorrow I am going to get back on track with exercising. I have a mock interview in the afternoon, but when I get home I can put on some Jillian and cry afterwards about how out of shape I am.


If my calculations are correct, I can reach 130 by mid May.
