My Journey Begins

A week ago I stepped on the scale after I was made aware of my weight gain. I looked down between my toes and saw the scale tip at 165 pounds. 

Today I stepped on the scale and looked down to see 167 pounds. 

I started working out four days ago, so I am hoping that the gain came from simple muscle gain. 

So now I am 167 pounds. 

My goal weight is 145 pounds but my ultimate goal weight is 130 pounds…if not lower.
